The spacious restaurant Loona is about Italian classics in a modern interpretation. The emphasis is on pizza and pasta dough, which is made in-house.

Clear Italian food, quality local and seasonal products
Loona uses 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Caputo flour of several types and grinds, organic eggs, cold-pressed Lorenzo olive oil and Sicilian Nocellara del Belice.
The daily catch is grilled, oven-baked, steamed or baked in salt.
Fresh homemade pasta with organic yolks is made in front of guests, and pizzas—from a traditional margherita to an eel and zucchini flower version—are on offer.

This is not just dinner — it’s a curated journey.
From Far Eastern scallops with black caviar and fried dumplings with wagyu, to signature chorizo caviar pizza and desserts with Dubai chocolate and chestnut — each course delivers elegance, depth, and character.

Crafted by our head chefs Artem Losev and Vitaly Istomin, the experience reflects LOONA’s philosophy: bold flavors, open kitchen atmosphere, and refined presentation.
